My complaint:

I have been accused of violating 3.3 cause which I have questioned with them with no specific answer. They are copying and pasting vague answers and not investigating what was happening,possibly a glitch that is mass deactivating lot so players.

Suggested solution:

Reactivate my account or pay me back for all the unused gold coins I purchased and am unable to use because of Chumba's deactivation of my account.
