My complaint:

I won $600 of SC money and wanted to withdraw it so read their police which stated that account verification takes place within 24 to 48 hours of submitting all the correct info. I proceeded to download and send what they asked for. It took them almost a week for me to receive the email that finally said my account was verified. As i waited, i played on the money and i am not kidding when i say that 15 minutes after my money ran out, and 7 days later instead of 24 to 48 hours, they sent me the email finally stating my account has been verified. So i thought i would give it another shot although i already felt like i got hustled. So i build up my account to $500 again and try to redeem it and it says i cannot redeem my money until my bank account verification is no longer pending. Now its been another u days and they wont return my emails and xont have a customer service number.

Suggested solution:

They need to pay me my withdrawal because i won fair and square.
