My complaint:

My account has been deactivated. Why I don’t know why . I have been constantly going back and forth with you guys. I have been sending pictures of my id multiple times. And been dealing with this just to get my money withdrawn?! It literally has been going on more than a month to be able to do so. I personally think you guys are nothing but a scam. I am going to find out how to talk to the main person. I’m going to file complaint on behalf of chumba casino and see what they can offer me after that

Suggested solution:

The customer is always right. I know exactly what happened and what days exactly I last played this game. So them telling me as if they was there Physically, they obviously wasn't too much worried about helping me. They had me send my id and etc documentation for nothing. But I think they could have just helped me through this with out the hassle. N could have been more understanding and professional about it. But I got nothing. Still nothing.
