My complaint:

I have been playing tropic casino for years now each time I go to cash out my winnings I have a problem with customer service saying they don’t have my correct Bank information I give them a copy of my bank statement my ID and they still say .. my bank information is not correct how much more can you be correct by sending them a statement with the name with the account number on it but anyways during my play recently during a bonus my game froze I sent them a message saying that my game froze but I would like to be acknowledged about that and maybe reimbursed I never got a reply to that complaint.. but the nice guy that I am I didn’t say anything about it.

I just kept on playing well I won $100 then decided that I wanted to cash it out I need the money in my bank account as my bank account was getting low from playing so I asked him to take the winning and put it in my bank account then I got the same problem asking me for my bank account information I sent them another statement with my bank account information on it then they can I didn’t hear anything for a while I requested again today for my winnings and they’ve ignored me I got upset and told them I was going to complain and put a review out on them for stealing my money my money has never showed up in my bank account and has never went back on my account to play if it had went back on my account to play I wouldn’t be so upset but as of today I have never seen my winning of $100 and I get the same runaround treatment each time I request for it to be redeemed they seem to have conveniently lost records of it…..

I am very upset and this website seems to be a fraud I never get to call or speak to a supervisor they don’t have a working phone number all you get is a email . That means when you win it is up to whoever receives your email to decide whether you get your winnings or not I have asked to speak to you supervisor on many occasions and never have I ever received a phone call or an email from a supervisor yet I am just done with Coachella casino they have stole for me my $100 and that’s all it takes for me to know that this website is not a good faith. Don’t waste your money playing on this website if you win you’ll be lucky to get your money. And that is the honest truth
