My complaint:
Their online casino is rigged bad and I do not see how they have not been investigated I know ive spent about 1k or more to test their site. Its about playing not actually winning I dont care about that but they can let you win to keep playing since its costing them much of nothing to run it so money coming in is basically free. You want people to return to play not keep taking their money alone today Ive been recording and making videos on how rigged they are for example when you spin you can see the images that should stop but once you click stop they all change to something else. Another is you can spend 1 on a spin and lets say you hit something weird it will give you maybe 20c to 6c. Its really aggravating and pisses people off like me who wants to just enjoy playing. I can go to the real casino down the road and actually play so why is chumba still operating in the US when they need to be shut down they are rigged unless they are trying to push one of their new games then still it takes and gives nothing that you have put into it.
Suggested solution:
unrig the games stop making it so obvious that all you want to do is scam peoples money. Loosen then up to regular players that just wants to play and win some to keep playing instead of coming out of my pocket for 50 in less than 10 minutes or less its pathetic! At this point chumba owes me alot of money either you can give back half or give it in free to actually play
