My complaint:
I played chumba casino and loved it. Then someone got into my account and made unauthorized transactions and canceled my withdraw from my winnings. I changed my password. I contacted chumba casino and they said I violated their policy cause of charge backs. So they made it my fault I told them I want my account reactivated and they refuse saying I violated policy. I still argue with them currently.
Suggested solution:
I will be satisfied when they reactivate my account and let me play. It's unfair to me cause of what happened.
