My complaint:

My account was deactivated for no reason. They claimed that it was going to be 72 hours and that it was under review. It’s now been 6 days and they keep sending me emails saying that it’s still under review and someone will email me. I have over 2500 sweepstake cards that I sent in. There is no reason my account should be deactivated.

Suggested solution:

Reactivate my account.
