My complaint:
i played with chumba casino for a couple years. i wasted tens of thousands of dollars over that time. i was always made to seem as if i was going to win being sent emails saying this jackpots for you stupid gimmicks. i was considered a VIP because of depositing so much money with them. then one day i asked for a coupon or promo deal and i was told no and then i was blocked my account was cancelled i had deposited money on a daily basis. they pumped me for money over and over making me think my big hit was coming over and over but it never did. and i still continue to receive those misleading emails suggesting my big win is coming
Suggested solution:
i want all my money back that i deposited and never won i was loyal always giving great reviews referring people and thinking my big hint was gonna come. i v want th ed m to check records and give no me back my money. i i’ll v proba b ly still have documentation of a lit of it
