My complaint:
I’m trying to withdraw my winnings from chumba and I upload drivers license front and back and when I get sent back to chumba I can’t proceed with upload of my bank statement not getting error message just nothing…… I emailed my complaints and got an apology and a Link that doesn’t work
Suggested solution:
Just let me send them an email of info they requested to verify my account or fix site problem
