My complaint:

On May the 23rd 2022 my state came to stay at your hotel for my company Apollo merchandisers came to see your hotel we have a reset at the Walmart in Fremont and we work from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. on the 23rd I called your front desk to get the Wi-Fi passcode nobody answered I called the front desk again nobody asked answered I knew she was down there I called the front desk and I had come down through the elevator while calling the front desk when I approached the front desk she is standing there shaking her head at the phone talking to her friends while I’m calling her okay so I complained today’s the 25th and there is a dog next door to us now we get up at 8:00 9:00 tonight to go to work at 10:00 at 4:00 at 3:30 I call the front desk a dog is a big dog next door is clawing the door front door barking and flying incline I call the front desk and she says no you’re wrong it’s not she argues with me that it’s not a big dog they went to eat there’s nothing she can do about it that’s what she told me at 5:00 I called front desk the dogs continuing by this time my whole company’s up in the hallway and she is refused to do anything about it it is now 7:00 and the dog is still and I’m unable to go to work so what who is going to compensate here the front desk woman is is rude very unaccommodating and doesn’t want to hear it we can’t verbally speak to none of you because nobody it’s all automated so I am choosing to leave in the morning I will not be treated this way and so I want to talk to somebody regarding this this matter my name is Terry Whitmire w h i t m i r e I’m in room 316 we were due to check out on Saturday however I’m leaving in the morning I don’t know what her name is but like I said she’s she’s been on since I called the first time today 4:00 it’s now 7:00 dog still over there we’re all up and we have to go to work at 10:00 tonight so someone needs to do something at least in my case I’m the one that talked to my company into coming here so my number is 515 988-3533 thank you.
