On Jan. 20th I called that my microwave wasn’t working. I got a repair date of March 3rd. Totally rediculase and unnecessary to wait that long for service. What if it was my refrigerator or central air. When I called back to complain, I was told that it had to do with the Techs schedule. Unexceptable. Find another Tech. I used to repair for Sears and you serviced the call within 2 days most. This company has to find another way!
I was all set and ordered another microwave for $400, until a friend came over to look at and fixed the problem. Then I had to cancel the new microwave and cancel the Tech from Sears who would have hopefully come on March 3rd. Who knows if he would have to order parts. Maybe another 2 months to install the parts. Really discusted with the way the so called 5 star company works.
