Choice Home Warranty complaint: Consistently poor service

My complaint:

With every claim filed we receive a poor response. Some technicians leave without doing any work and without communicating with us. Often technician does not show up, does not call. We sit for 5 hours waiting at a rental property. A big expense to us as we have to be off work to do this. A 5 hour window for a technician is absolutely unacceptable! We would never recommend Choice Home Warranty to anyone.
