My complaint:

4 of us friends wanted to celebrate a birthday by picking up food from Chipotle. The closest on was the one the store listed on Columbus Pike, in Delaware, Ohio. A friend cautioned that they stopped frequenting that one because they are perpetually out of various foods. Because it was late and we were hungry, we decided to chance it.

There were no signs indicating they were out of any thing so we got in line. We all ordered the rice bowls. The first thing we noticed was that the rice was plain. When we asked, we were told they were out of cilantro so most of the items they had did not contain cilantro. Then, the pan of black beans was very low. Instead of getting more, they just put a very skimpy amount on the bowl. Then as we went down the line we noticed no grilled veggies, no lettuce, and no guacamole. the serving counter was in disarray. The servers were not apologetic (in fact they seemed somewhat irritated that we were unhappy), nor did they offer any compensation. The normal price was charged in spite of the fact that we didn’t have half of what makes up a bowl. The overall serving size was skimpy. When we got home and chopped up our own lettuce to put on the bowls, we discovered that the unflavored brown rice was undercooked and crunchy.
I have been frequenting Chipotle establishments ever since they came to our area. I have never seen such poor management.

Suggested solution:

I would like compensation for the 4 bowls that we purchased.
