My complaint:
I had made a transfer from Wells Fargo to Chime in the amount of $25 without knowing that Wells Fargo froze my account and transfer didn’t go through. Now my Chime account is locked and I don’t have access to my money. I keep calling customer service and they’ve asked me to submit documents to verify that it is me and I have provided them with thr documents and I still don’t have access. They keep telling me that they will escalate the issue only to keep getting emails asking me to submit thr same documents that I have provided multiple times. I keep asking for supervisor and they tell me they’re not available. I’ve been dealing with the same bullshit for 4 days now!!!
Suggested solution:
I want access to my account, withdraw my money and close that useless account
