My complaint:
They are the most unconsistent group of people i’ve ever had to deal with. Direct deposits are never 2 days. There is a 3 or 4 days, which is fine. But then there’s the time that you don’t even get it early, and they don’t know why..
And I learned there are 2 different banks that back child. If you have a mastercard debit card, it’s one bank. If you get ahold of one of those banks and tell them the problem you’re having with chime? You would be surprised how fast that problem gets taken care of. Chime was denying a dispute and refused to return my money after my proving the item had been delivered in Guam, I live in Texas. After some research I found out about The two different banks, one supports mastercard debit card holders, the other one in oklahoma supports the visa debit card holders. I’m a Visa cardholder so I called the bacon Oklahoma within a week. My dispute was approved and my money was returned. You just have to play mean and nasty with them for them To see it’s our money.
Suggested solution:
Make should learn some customer service training skills and not just stick anyone on the phones, teach someone to read a computer screen, and when someone calls in on their side, it should probably tell him how long the customers will be in with sign not asking the same stupid question every time. Can I have your name and the last 4nof your social? It takes an act of Congress to get transferred to a human. So by the time we get to that human, they should know exactly what account they're looking at. Who they're speaking to? We should not have to be verified again. They should straight up say well. Hello, miss Smith, how are you today? How can I help you? I can say you've been a loyal customer for the last 17 months. They don't they're idiots.
