My complaint:
I opened the Credit Builder Account, which acts as a prepaid credit card account. Instead of reporting my balance as $0.00, they reported the balance of the transactions that I paid on this card. My credit score went down 38 points in one month and my FICO score dropped 20 points as well. This card killed my credit in ONE MONTH!! It is going to take many months to recover from this. I have disputed this on my credit reports, but now sure of the outcome yet. I wouldn’t recommend this account to anyone. Customer Service doesn’t understand how it hurt me and is not helpful at all!!
Suggested solution:
Remove the account from my credit report and help me get my points back, both on my credit score as well as my FICO score.
