My complaint:
To whom this may concerns,
I went to Chilis located 14534 S Military Trail, Delray Beach, FL 33484 on Thursday June 17th at 10:30pm with my older friend and my baby, it was pouring outside and we knew chilis closes at 11pm and when we walked in this young lady sat us at a table and 5 mins later this young man name Briguel walked in with attitude and said this section is close and moved us to a different section of the restaurant, so I took my son to the bathroom to change his cloths cause we were wet and Briguel walked up to us right by the bathroom and said you need to hurry and order cause kitchen is closing again with an attitude. I kindly said, can I please sit down and I will tell you what we need in a min and he said NO you need to order now cause I don’t have time for this Bullshit. I said sir you are being mean to me and my family and he said well You are a Bitch so off course cause you’re taking forever to order and I said I’m leaving and he stand up yelling screaming at me and I was irritating and I said why are you being a Dick to us, I’m with a baby and all we need is some food and you are being very nasty that’s not the way to treat a person. He was so disrespectful and mean and I even told the manager, can we please get a new server cause he is being nasty and the manager said unfortunately he is the only server we have. So me and my family left feeling humiliated, disrespected and abused. I am a little woman and this man in my face yelling over me while I’m sitting down, I didn’t even provoke him cause I sat down while he was calling me name and the worst thing is the manager didn’t even intervene because he knew his employee was being overly aggressive. I hope you guys can review the camera and see what took place, I feel like I’m suffering major distress due to this incident and did not left home the entire day today. I hope someone look into this incident because that’s no way to treat a human being especially a mom with a little baby on a rainy night looking for some food. Please someone contact me cause the manager was here and didn’t even intervene as his employee was yelling over me while I was sitting down calling me a Bitch among other things. The time was Thursday June 17th 2021 at 10:30pm please review the video tape and you will see this man standing over this woman with a kid and an older woman just being belligerent.

The Manager should have got me a new server and at least calm down the server or at least let him take a 5 mins break to relax.
