My complaint:

Service was extremely slow. It took 40 minutes to get our food after we ordered. I got the dry rub ribs; they were very dry. when we went to pay our bill, the table pay station was not working. the waitress did something to it and then advised to give it a minute to update. it still didn’t work. Sh had to take the pay station from another table so we could pay our bill. We were not able to leave any comments.

Suggested solution:

It is obvious that more staff is needed. Because this is the 2nd incident at a Chili's we are taking it off our list for places to eat.
