My complaint:
On 532022 at approximately 4 pm my husband went to do a takeout order. The waitress screwed up the order which we had to pay twice separate orders. One we have been going to these chilies for over five years we know some of the staff Fairley well. We go several times a week! We spend quite a bit when we order. First the waitress tried to say we do not take out drinks here. Um isn’t that what is on the menu????? Been doing take out drinks since they started it! The manger on duty who we have had issues with over the past few weeks when it comes to ordering take out. She deliberately told the bartender not to do it, and we usually get a take home shot, and she was refusing to do that. Stating i was policy funny been doing that to since to go drinks were offered. I do not know what this woman’s issue is and mistreating customers who are longtime customers never with any issue up to this point. I can tell you this if it continues with her nasty attitude and staff not knowing what they do and do not serve well Corporate needs to have its staff trained properly and without the nasty condescending attitudes. I have no problem taking my business elsewhere believe that! We are verry upset about how things trans pondered this evening and we have had enough of this woman’s attitude and ignorance
Suggested solution:
Honestly after tonight and spending over 100 dollars on meals and drinks plus had to buy shots elsewhere you tell me what can fix this? And if these are the so-called policies when did this begin and why was the public not aware?
