My complaint:
When you walk through the door there is a sour smell as though the floors were moped with a dirty sour mop. The hostess leaning on the counter informed us the wait is 15-20 min. I asked her why because there were few customers. She said there was no workers. This is the 3rd time I’ve been here with the same experience. I’ve never had this type of experience at any other chill’s.
Suggested solution:
Clean this chili's up starting with staff.
