Chicken Shack complaint: To long to wait

My complaint:

We ordered our piece chicken dinner with two sides at 5:27 on June 4, 2021. W e had to wait until 5:58. Then the order was missing the order of french fries.

Suggested solution:

By not making the customer wait so long
