My complaint:
We entered to order take out and they had only wings and strips available. We asked for thighs and were told that they didn’t even know if they had any. When the cashier returned she stated that they did but that it would be a 20-25 minute wait for the chicken. We decided not to order. This is the second time we have been to this store and we’re not able to get the food we wanted. At 5:30 when people are heading home to feed their families dinner. Why would you not have food available to order? They don’t care to check their orders for accuracy as something is always missing from the order. They don’t care about customer service or getting return business here obviously.
Suggested solution:
Just do the job you are being paid to do. Ensure there is chicken to be ordered at peak times of the day. This has only happened in the evening times at this location.
