Chick-fil-A complaint: I never got my refund!!!

My complaint:

Over 2 months ago, i made a mobile order for breakfast and it accidentally was sent to the wrong location. My card was charged and I immediaely tried to resolve it. I called the store location 4 times, and finally called corporate headquarters. I was finally put in contact with Wendy who said she tried t email me something saying I was getting free food. She kept referring to my refund items as free food. They are not free, I paid for thems.
So, I never received the emails, and I texted her and told her so. She said to keep checking my spam. Mothing ever came, so I told her and she said I would have to go to the store for my refund. I told her that that was very inconvenient for me, and that I would contact corporate again.
I think it is absurd that I have been waiting all of this time, still been to chic fil a at least 3 times a week, and not only not gotten my refund, but when i mentioned some coupons for my troubles and waiting, she said you do not do that. I do not believe that to be true.
need someone to take this matter seriously, or I will stop visiting Chic Fil a all together.
