My complaint:
We have visited your stores many times and were looking forward to doing so again on our trip from Massachusetts to Arkansas. We saw the sign for a location at Crossville, TN. and stopped. We were surprised that there was no Christian music, there was a worker who was on break, sitting in the corner with her boyfriend wrapped around her, touching and kissing. The fries were overcooked. The chicken sandwich was of poor quality. I had to go up to the counter three times to complain before our shakes were brought to us. We did not complain to the manager but simply left as time was important on this long trip. We were there on January 23rd about 3pm. The only good thing was the pleasantness of the lady who took our order. If this had been our first visit to a Chick fil A it would be our last. We will never visit that location again.
Suggested solution:
The manager should be informed and somebody reprimanded.
