My complaint:
My 2019 Chevrolet Silverado , with 14500 miles , has developed a leak in the rear window area. There is currently a TSB 18 NA 383 dated 82020 regarding this issue. However, the local dealer states that this TSB is related to a leak regarding the spoiler and not the rear window. They also state that the only fix is a complete new rear window install. This cost would be about $974.00. I find this just not right considering, GM is obviously aware of this issue and has already taken note of it!
Suggested solution:
They should just issue a recall and replace the defective windows free of charge.
