My complaint:

I leased a 2014 Buick Lacrosse from Vera Buick, the leasing price was $380 per month.
I leased a 2017 Buick Regal from Lehman Buick the leasing price was $380 per month.
I leased a 2020 Chevy Equinox from AutoNation the leasing price was $385 per month.
AutoNation and Lehman used Vera’s pricing to arrive at their final lease price.

Although Lehman has not admitted any guilt, they have stated they will offer additional discounts on my next lease.
On the other hand, AutoNation, has vehemently refused to offer anything, when you consider both the Regal and Lacrosse were far superior vehicles than the Equinox.

They figured if this old man (88 years old at the time, soon to be 90, can afford to pay $380.00 per month for those other cars he can afford to pay $380.00 this time. Resulting in Financial Exploitation of the elderly.

Suggested solution:

Pay me the difference, between actual leasing price offered others, and the inflated price given me.
