My complaint:

My 08′ Corvette convertible was in the shop waiting on a module for 55 days. I called to tell the service rep that I could not wait any longer and I was coming to pick up the car. When I got to the service center I had them check the status of the car. The note on the file said that the tech went to pull up the car but the battery was dead and there was a large water leak? I went to see the car and found it to be completely wet in the trunk and the whole interior of the car was covered in mildew. The only way that can happen is if someone did not close the trunk. The seal in the trunk in good, and the water drains do not appear to be clogged. Regardless while in their custody the car became totaled and they should have insurance to pay for it. They refuse to replace the car or even the interior, only offer to have the devalued, water damaged covette cleaned, This is not acceptable.

Suggested solution:

Since the car is now toxic with mold and water damage I think the dealer should replace the car with another equal car, or buy my car at the normal retail price of the car so I can replace it.
