Checkers complaint: Managers not respecting junior staff

My complaint:

Yesterday i visited the store to cash out my Capitec cash send and the cashier did not have the amount i needed to draw and the cashier kindly told me to wait so she call the supervisor and i waited roughly -10 min and finally brought the money and she continued with my transaction.

While she was busy with the transaction two guys came in and i did not see there name batches but i thing that they are superiors of the store, they did’nt wait for the cashier to even finish with me and the guy started shouting why are you denying customers cash and the cashier was very confused.

She the cashier asked what am i denying and the guy replied and don’t *** with me and asking me that, i was so surprised because the lady with a great smile and patience and she was bullied by this two guys . i felt bad and disappointed on how management treat they staff.

Suggested solution:

They arrange a staff meeting and apologies to the cashier and be given warnings . And as the head office please hire proper leaders .
