My complaint:
I ordered yarn on the 2nd September for a project and did not receive it I wrote to them on the 9 September and again on the 16th of September asking where my purchase was and all I got was they are looking into it. Usually I get my order with in 4 to 5 days irrespective of covid or no covid. I did request a refund on the last e mail dated the 16 or send me my purchase but I have had no other feed back just that they are looking into the matter my ation purchase number is 9525
Suggested solution:
Either a refund but my purchase would also be good
