Cheap as Chips complaint: Not getting a refund on a aircon

My complaint:

I purchased air con and was very happy as it was the last one took it home and put together on trying to use it was just warm air coming out of unit I have brought it back today as it is faulty I had other people look at it all agreed faulty when I bought the unit I had really good service BUT ON RETURNING QUITE A DIFFERENT CINARIO REALLY RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR I have worked in retail for 40 years and taken out multiple awards for customer service I would like to think I am well mannered and kind but I feel like a criminal I cannot find my receipt but the assistant whose name as molick (may have spelt wrong) remembers me and the manager owner is not there today please help me as have so much to do today thankyou ANNE HUGHES
