My complaint:
I went into the STC location chatime and ordered a mango tea colada. The boys making the drinks were consistently talking instead of doing their jobs. My order took about 10 minutes with 1 other person in front of me. When I received the drink it looked different than the picture and I asked about it and the lady said “you ordered the mango tango” and I politely said I ordered the mango tea colada while pointing at the picture and she rolled her eyes, rudely grabbed the drink and brought it to the back. She then remade it while saying mean things to her coworkers about me and they laughed about it. She made the drink very watery and I will not be returning to this location as it is the second time this week that they have messed up. I don’t appreciate the hostility that I received and believe they should reconsider some of their employees and their attitudes.
Suggested solution:
They should ask the employees why they have so much attitude to a young female.
