My complaint:
I was waiting in front of the counter to order my tea, the staff at the Caisher just busy with her order, after 10minit the she took my order.
When comes to payment the bill was Rm7.90.
I paid her Rm10,then she ask me for 90sen, I said I don’t have, she replies me there is no 10sen to give me. So I wait my order for 15minit. The number board is no in service. When I bought my early grey tea to home, I taste the tea,there is no smell of the tea. Just tasted like a water with
sugar.
You know right how strong is the earl grey tea smells…..
Suggested solution:
Just keep keep the small change
Please keep the quality off the tea
Please train all the staff to inform the guest
If the order will take time,
