My complaint:
The seal to the drink wasn’t done properly. When the straw went in the first time by my nephew in front of it, it burst from the side and the smoothie splattered all over me. Then I asked the staff to resealed it to make sure its done properly. The 2nd time the straw went in the side burst even bigger and half of my body and hair got caught in a big chunk of smoothie. It’s so sticky and yucky. Yet no one did anything to help nor apologise! This is totally bad! I had to literally walked in sticky goo to the toilet to clean out the mess and bear with it till I get back home to shower!
Suggested solution:
A proper apology and at least some compensation!
