My complaint:
Chase said there were 2 fraudulent checks. If so why did you cash them. They are still holding a Social security check and a $Irs tax refund Totaling $600 over $3000 dollars
Suggested solution:
Release my money and let's sit down and discuss this. Y9u haven't talked to me or showed me proof. It's been 8 long months. Thank you
