My complaint:
I tried to purchase VET token through Changelly, I fowarded XRP to complete the transaction. XRP was lost due to lack of tag.
I fowarded all the necesary information, was told it was going to be resolved within 3 to 7 business days.
Today its the 8th business day and was told that it will take more time. On saturday (3 days ago) was told that Changelly was ready to conclude the transaction. Until yesterday nothing happened. Asked yesterday for the refund of my XRP (I did send my wallet address and tag) , so far no refund and when I send an email to follow up today I was told that it will take more days to refund. Need help, am worried I will be scamed out of my XRP.
Suggested solution:
Refund my XRPs now.
