My complaint:
I emailed them April 21 regarding a missing memo number. After the 36 hour time frame, they cancelled the transaction. I sent the money, but I forgot to include the memo. I emailed them right away, and didn’t hear back for four days. I heard back April 25. I emailed them screenshots of the transaction and still have not received the funds, nor have they refunded them. Currently $1025 is in limbo.
Suggested solution:
Either release the funds back to trustwallet, or send them to Coinbase like they should have gone.
