My complaint:
They charged me $45 in fees for a $110 transaction.
How this place is legally allowed to be doing what they are doing to folks is beyond me. They are textbook def of greed and usury.
Suggested solution:
Fix their policies to align with similar exchanges to end the ridiculous fees.
