Tried to access my account and found the following message: your account has been suspended. I have not received any email and no communication.
I ‘ve been trying to contact support for a few days now, making a request through the site, sending an email, trying to make calls and no service, without success. I have several open tickets.
Honestly, it’s very embarrassing as a customer and as a person it’s a lot of helplessness. I understand the high number of new customers and the growing community, but …
