My complaint:

UPDATE: It took three months to give me access to my money. I lost a significant amount that I would’ve pulled before Bitcoin dropped below 50,000. I have filed reports with every banking agency and company possible. My attorney will take things over since I got access and took everything out (one customer service representative warned me that if you say “lawyer” they freeze all your money and you won’t see it).

It has been two months since I opened an account with Celsius. I had to create a new account due to an email issue and am awaiting my funds to be transferred. It has been TWO MONTHS that they have kept my money from me because of this technical issue. Like, how is that a thing? Their five star reviews are fake. They tell me there are no updates on when I will have access to my finances; I’m just supposed to wait. At first it was a week; now it’s FOUR MONTHS?!?? In the interim, they refuse to divulge my account balance. If crypto currency is your thing, there are safer, reputable companies to invest and trade with. Do your homework.

Suggested solution:

Pay the amount of money I lost as they refused access to my money or account information.
