My complaint:
It has been two months since I opened an account with Celsius. I had to create a new account due to an email issue and am awaiting my funds to be transferred. It has been TWO MONTHS that they have kept my money from me because of this technical issue. They tell me there are no updates on when I will have access to my finances; I’m just supposed to wait. At first it was a week; now it’s FOUR MONTHS?!??
In addition, they refuse to divulge my account balance. I can provide every piece of verification information imaginable. I can’t even see my account. I wanted to pull my money before the market dropped so I’m sure it’s a significant loss. I truly don’t know if I even still have money.
Suggested solution:
I want my money accessible to me so I can remove every single penny. It would also be nice if they either A). Knew what they were doing tech wise and B). Where upfront r.e. their business practices.
I have all emails saved.
