My complaint:

As a new travel agent I was looking forward to see what Celebrity had to offer. I have been on many cruises but hadnt cruised since Covid started so I was really looking forward to this Alaska cruise. My sister in law, Ann Watson, traveled with me. We arrived in Seattle July 27th and took time to discover the city before departing on the cruise on July 29th. During that time we paid $70 for a covid test, as required by the cruise line. We both tested negative. Once onboard we both started feeling ill by the end of the day. By the next morning-we were really sick with covid!! The entire cruise was ruined for us as we mostly stayed in our cabin away from other people. And if that wasnt bad enough…..they also lost my luggage. Coming from Florida I did not have any warm clothes so I stayed in bed just to stay warm! I did not receive my luggage until the evening of day 4! I will never again sail on Celebrity and will never recommend Celebrity to any of my clients.

Suggested solution:

I would like to be refunded the entire amount of that cruise.
