My complaint:

Our cruise started in Hawaii 3rd Oct. On the 13th Oct my wife became ill.I did a R.A,T. test which was positive.Having concerns for other passengers I immediately in person went to customer relations and reported it. I was informed by the clerk that he had informed the medical team.Three days passed and no contact from them, not knowing the protocol for the situation I again approached them. Immediately the medical team rang us and then escorted my wife to the hospital where they ed her to be positive and told to isolate.I again approached customer relations in person to find out why the delay in treating my wife, i was assured by the clerk that the medical dept had been advised the day I reported it. Total incompetance by someone? I can accept that? I then asked to talk to the manager because they would only recognise my wife positive test from. the day they did their test although I reported it three days earlier and she self isolated from that day. So because of incompetance my wifes isolalation would be eight days not the mandatery five. I was told the manager was in a meeting but would contact me indue course. It did not happen. As part of isolation food was delivered to our room, mostly stone cold so I personally would fetch her meals. I then myself came down with Covid. Upon arrival in Sydney I made it quiet clear that I had transport arranged for 8.30 AM as we live 400 Ks from Sydney. Numerous phone calls fell on deaf ears. We did not get off until 11.30 am As part of our isolation we were told that we would get compensated for our isolation days. IT DID NOT HAPPEN. It,s now almost four weeks and I have made numerous phone calls and emails to them to no avail!!!!! Why do we paying customers have to put up with this lack of customer support .
I might also add that the boarding protocol was for passengers to have a certified Covid test by a medical facility. We did this at a cost of US $50 each only to discover from other passengers that they did their own and photographed it

Suggested solution:

Contact me and refund the full eight days of isolation for my wife from the day I reported it not from the date three days after I personally reported it. Plus my isolation days NOW
