My complaint:
We have booked a European cruise for September 11th
2022. Reservation 7752652
We had interest in upgrading our cabin to a retreat suite.
While waiting to see if an upgrade would become available We booked all of our excursions for this cruise in advance.
An cabin “Retreat” suite became available, the celebrity agent was supposed to just transfer $$ and excursions to the “Retreat Suite.
The celebrity agent instead canceled the previous cabin, and also cancelled all of the “Excursions”!
All of the excursions we wanted are all “Sold out now”
We have worked on this for two weeks, trying to get the excursions back with no luck. We don’t want take a European Cruise without excursions. When we’ve tried to rebook The excursions, everything is again “Sold Out”
We have been told by a “Celebrity Agent” several times that this issue will be resolved by a celebrity customer service representative, no one ever calls back, emails nothing.
We need help with this issue immediately or we will be forced to cancel our cruise, which will leave a “Very Bad” impression of “Celebrity Cruise Line”
Suggested solution:
Put the excursions back in our reservation!!!
