My complaint:
On 2/11/24 I created a new cruise booking on the phone with a Celebrity Cruise employee. The total price of the cruise was told to me as being $3545.00. The email ation was different, it listed
total price as $3853.48. On 2/12/24, I called Celebrity to inquire as to why what was verbally told to me was different than the ation letter, they apologized and said that the price I was quoted,$3545.00 did not include the travel protection. I explained that I had ed with the agent, prior to payment that the total cost was $3545.00 including the travel protection. Again, they apologized and gave me $25.00 in OBC. Saying that was all they could do. I am dissatisfied that I now have to pay an additional $308.00 because the representative misquoted the price even after multiple price ations.
Suggested solution:
I would appreciate it if Celebrity would honor the original price that was quoted to me, $3545.00, or at the very least provide the difference in OBC.
