Cebu Pacific Air complaint: We want a REFUND

My complaint:

Last July 3, 2023, We have a flight going to Cebu, Cebu to Siargao. We were at the airport early. As we reach the counter, the employee said they had their last call at 5:30 and claiming that we are not checked in yet but we have screenshots that we are checked in already. She said the gates are closed already because we reached at the counter 5:45. Cebu Pacific has NO CONSIDERATION. All their television above the counter is closed. There is no reference about the flight details! What they told us is to pay again. It is worth 17,260.32! I went to the customer service office and I talked to Vanessa Gaoiran and asked if they are overbooked that is why they sell our seats. I asked her if I can see their proof! And I saw it. It was Overbooking! It is not our fault!
