My complaint:
Hi,
I was in the flight on 5/7/2023 from Manila to Dubai which had a delay of 7 hours.
I missed my connected flight to Izmir and want to get a refund. Otherwise I have to speak to my lawyer. I know that I can get a refund for the delacy and for the rebooked flight. My rebooked flight and the receipt you can find attached also the acommodation. The lady on the transfer desk gave us the email and I want to have the money back as soon as possible. It’s not ok that I have to book my connected flight which I missed because of cebu pacific. The women from the airplane stuff told us that we not have to buy the ticket by ourselves and not to pay for it.
Please refund me 1437,47 AED and the 29,95€ for the accommodation and 1500tl for the transport from Bodrum to didim back to my card!
Nobody is replying!!
