My complaint:

I have been trying to get my withdrawals for for months, after taking deposit upon deposit they requested verification for withdrawal, they have had passport, , 3 bills proof , a bank card proof.and a source of income… And yet theyre communicating with me same reason they gave me I have to email them first before reaching out to me and the last time they get in touch was on the 23 of February after a months and they asked again for a document that they wanted which is I follow what they asked for.. and untill now haven’t heard anything from there anymore… They’re service just isn’t fair for the costumer they make me feel I’m being scammed coz as they trying to do something to resolve my issue I and I’m getting paranoid if I’m getting my money back.

Suggested solution:

They need to have a consedieation of every issue and be nore communicated to the costumer.
