My complaint:
I have been trying to get my withdrawals weeks, after taking deposit upon deposit they requested verification for withdrawal, they have had passport, drivers license , 2 bills, PayPal proof , a bank card proof.
Now requesting expired old card proof.cards expired they will have these details months old.replacement card letters obviously have no proof of cards. Refusing my withdrawal on wanting photos old cards that don’t exist or letters saying cancelled. They were not cancelled as replaced at end of expiry and have new cards numbers as was visa now banks Mastercard.
Suggested solution:
I want my money.
