My complaint:
Hi , I played at casino planet I played with bounes . I played I mega wheel one of my favourite games . Anyways I won 21 thousand pounds at mega wheel . They told me for me to get out the bounes I need to wager 700£ meaning I need to bet at least 700£ to be able to get my winnings in my balance which happen . I carried on playing I decide to withdraw 14 thousand pounds . Anyways I was waiting 3 weeks they verified my ID proof address everything . They told me now after 3 weeks of messaging them regards my winning as it took a while . They told me they removed my winnings . I can’t call them I can’t chat to the team with out them saying the same think and email they take forever to reply . So I don’t know what to do !!!!!! I was hoping to be able use this money which I was so excited about winning for my health as it’s very bad but at first I played for fun but then I won excited booking my health treatments for next month . I don’t know where to turn too but I am shocked and don’t know where to go from them I read there reviews and they seems to not pay what do I do ?? Or who do I got too please help me .
