My complaint:
I got a deposit from unemployment. They locked my account since May 20, 2020. I can not use my money. They have only responded with generic emails that do not tell me what is going on. I have tweeted the several times I get no help. I have 1272 on my account and three kids to take care. Cashapp has told me nothing about why my account is locked and if I will ever get my money back.
Suggested solution:
I want to get my money off off this app and be done with them they have no customer service skills. I just want to Access my money so I can feed my three kids.
